Have you set precise objectives?

Looking beyond targets and figures, it's more the attitude that counts. If we all work together and we are all convinced that this is the right approach, then we will achieve our full potential, and L’Oréal will be setting an example in terms of managing diversity.

We want to focus on six areas that we consider to be vital when it comes to diversity:

  • age.
